FreeToolz respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of https://freetoolz.app to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Reporting copyright infringement (DMCA notice)
If you believe that material available on FreeToolz infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent that contains all of the following (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate it (for example, the full URL on freetoolz.app).
- Your contact information — mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

We will act on properly formatted notices as soon as reasonably practicable.
Counter-notice
If you believe that material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which you reside (or, if outside the US, any judicial district in which FreeToolz may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or their agent.
Repeat infringers
We reserve the right to terminate the accounts or block access of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
False claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly makes material misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages.
